What mighty mighty good man
I think today is Nat Princess Day.
This morning I got up VERY early (for a Sunday) and ran a half marathon (Hypothermic here in Ottawa). Then I tacked on a 5K (marathon training was 16 miles. I did a bit more.) I run insane distances every other week.
My lovely running partner M. ran out to join me for the second half of an uninspired course. (She didn't tell me the turkey.) And she brought After Eight Hot chocolate for afterwards.
Then it gets better.
The Man:
- made lunch,
- went grocery shopping,
- decided we needed something "a bit special" for dinner so ran out and got fresh fettucini and alfredo sauce AND a baguette from the pasta place down the street
- made dinner
- cleaned the kitchen.
While I sat on the couch, read blogs, started a few entries watched the end of an episode of Set 1 of the Midsomer Murders... I barely had to parent -- just put the boy to bed which involved snuggling. As far as days go, this one rocked.
A girl could get used to this.
that sounds pretty awesome!

Sounds heavenly. I LOVE Midsomer Murders. Seriously. I want to run away with Inspector Barnaby, lol. Your hubs sounds like a great guy indeed. I need a Princess Alison day really badly.
